We reward our partners with clear and transparent margins, and deal registration discounts. We also recognise year-on-year customer retention with dedicated margin.
Our partners receive dedicated market development funds, training, and sales and technical enablement, as well as marketing support and sales industry specialisation.
With our technology you’re providing best-of-breed software that regularly wins awards for its innovative design and the meaningful impact it has for our customers.
This is the introductory level to the Egress Partner Programme. Our Silver Partners have identified a market need for Egress within their prospect base and work to annual business plans to take our software and services to this market.
We establish clear KPIs with our Silver Partners and they’re rewarded for their successes with dedicated margin for new business acquisition and renewals. Silver Partners have full access to our partner portal to register and monitor their deals.
Our Gold Partners have been working with Egress for at least 12 months, and have developed a deep understanding of our software and services. Their skilled sales and technical teams routinely sell our products, and are rewarded with dedicated margin for new business acquisition and customer renewals, and via our numerous incentives programmes.
Gold Partners also receive strategic sales and marketing support, including account mapping, and have full access to our partner portal to register and monitor their deals.
Platinum Partners are part of an exclusive tier of our partner programme. They have an exceptional knowledge of our products and services, and consistently exceed their Egress revenue targets.
Our Platinum Partners receive all the benefits our programme has to offer, including tailored marketing and sales strategies, customised campaigns and account mapping, and regular enablement workshops. They’re rewarded with the highest levels of margin we offer for new business deals and customer renewals, and through bespoke incentives.
Our sales partners actively market and promote Egress software and services, and work alongside us win sales opportunities with prospective accounts. Our Sales Partners sit within three tiers: Platinum, Gold and Silver, and can unlock additional margin and greater benefits by moving up through our programme. They’re awarded margin on every deal and customer renewals.
These partners deliver value to us through the introduction of customer accounts with an identified need for Egress software and services. They do not want an active role within the sales, onboarding and customer management cycles. Egress manages the end-to-end process and the partner is entitled to a commission.
Our partner portal provides our Platinum, Gold and Silver Partners with a single place to register new deals, track existing opportunities, and review closed business.
Our Channel Manager and the Egress Sales Representative you’re partnered with on each opportunity will ensure the partner portal remains up-to-date.
