Rewarding living our values

Many organizations publish their values and hope that people will start living them, but we believe in reinforcing these behaviours through regular recognition. We created OnPoint, an online e-gift reward platform where managers and peers can shout out colleagues.

They receive points to spend on the portal, on anything from holiday vouchers, to gaming equipment to days out and experiences. We pay out tens of 000’s in points each year with most of our people being recognized, some even multiple times each year.
