We offer up to 41 paid days of leave every year, not including local bank/public holidays! You can also buy 3 more if you want.
Flexible working to suit you
Every person has up to 15 paid days of flexi-time each year through eFlex, on top of their regular holiday allowance.
25% of our people are promoted annually. Our target for 2023 is to get this even higher, to 50%.

Our benefit priorities are physical, mental, and financial well-being, as you will see from the benefits outlined below. We also add new perks and benefits each year to ensure we keep our offering fresh, relevant, and attractive.

Paid time off
We know that people who take regular breaks from work are happier, more productive, and better able to manage their mental and physical health and well-being.
UK Annual leave - up to 29 days
- We offer 25 days annual leave as standard
- We add another day after 1 year's service
- Every employee has the option to buy an additional 3 days leave per year (salary sacrifice: at a discounted rate, before tax and National Insurance)
eFlex - up to 15 days additional paid leave
Every person at Egress can take up to 15 days of additional paid flexible leave available every year, which they can take at short notice.
Bitesize Flex - Take 2 hours back each week: you could start late, leave early, or have an extended lunch break twice every week. This equates to 12.8 days of paid leave each year!
Supersize Flex - everyone can take 6 paid half-days off each year at short notice for anything they choose.
Your mental & physical health and wellbeing benefits
Mental health allies and training for all managers
Every year our managers are trained to spot the signs of mental health challenges in their teams to ensure a sensitive and empathetic response.
We have a team of mental health allies across Egress and an employee team dedicated to this area too.
Your financial wellbeing
We guarantee that every employee will have their pay reviewed at least once every year, if not more regularly. We aim to pay within the market range for all roles and keep pace with inflation on average.
What we offer:
- Inflationary-proof on-average pay increases
- Death-in-Service cover, paying 4x salary
- Share Option ownership plan
- Enhanced Maternity (17 weeks full pay) and Paternity (3 weeks full pay) leave
- 4% Contributory Pension
- £200 (or local equivalent) allowance for new joiners towards home-office equipment
