Martin Hiscox
Chairman of the Board
Martin is an experienced Chairman, CEO and NED, Director with 25+ years of Private Equity funded IT start-ups, acquisitions, mergers and trade sales. He has a wealth of Software, SaaS, IT Hardware experience of running businesses with sales of up to $1b; an MBA from Brunel and Henley Management College; a Higher Certificate in Computer Science; is a Freeman and Liveryman of the City of London; an Elite Member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered IT Engineer. Martin focuses on Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Retail, Telematics, SaaS, and Security verticals.

Ed Lascelles
Board member, Partner at Albion Capital
Ed leads the technology investing at Albion having spent the last 15 years investing in early stage companies, typically in software. Prior to Albion, Ed worked at ING Barings advising UK public companies on M&A, IPOs and fundraisings during the dotcom era. Ed read philosophy at UCL.

Kyle is currently a partner at FTV Capital, a growth equity firm that invests in enterprise and financial technology companies. He has served on the board of or had investment responsibility for the following companies at FTV Capital: Aspire Financial Services, Apex Fund Services, CardConnect, CashStar, Edgewater, Egress, ETF Securities, FleetOne, IndexIQ, Strata Fund Solutions, Rapid Ratings, Reliaquest, Swan Global Investments, True Potential, VelocityShares and WorldFirst. Prior to joining FTV Capital, Kyle was an investment banker at Berkshire Capital Securities, focused on mergers and acquisitions. Kyle received a BA in economics and mathematics from Trinity College and is a CFA® charterholder.

David Quantrell
Board member, Non-Executive Director
David joined Egress as a Non-executive Director in 2020, bringing his experience in scaling high-profile technology businesses, such as Box and Clarify, and his experience of running large divisions of HP, McAfee, and Nortel, to help support Egress’ rapid business growth. Industry figurehead David has more than 30 years of experience in senior management roles across the software sector and currently advises a number of privately-owned and venture-backed cloud software providers in both the United Kingdom and United States. He was Vice President and General Manager, EMEA at Clarify, a global software company where he helped build the business ahead of its sale to Nortel Networks, where he then took the role of President EMEA of the fast growing eBusiness division.

Tony Pepper
Board member, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder of Egress, Tony currently serves as CEO, overseeing all aspects of business growth and innovation. Prior to Egress, Tony held executive management positions at Reflex Magnetics, Pointsec Mobile Technologies, and Check Point Software Technologies. A frequent technology and industry speaker, Tony holds a Bachelor of Politics degree, a Software Engineering Master’s and is a certified BCS Fellow. Tony sits on industry committees including Intellect’s Government Management and Defence & Security Groups.

Neil Larkins
Board member, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Neil co-founded Egress in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, playing an instrumental role in shaping the strategic technical direction of the business, with particular emphasis on product and service development. Prior to Egress, Neil held executive management positions at Reflex Magnetics, Pointsec Mobile Technologies and Check Point Software Technologies. A regular speaker at information security and technology events, he has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Manchester.

Malcolm Locke
Board member and Chief Financial Officer
Malcolm joined Egress in 2014 as CFO, and works widely across the business to support delivery of the company’s impressive growth and international expansion. He has spent more than 20 years working with fast-growth technology businesses, with the last 10 years in CFO roles. Malcolm is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds an MBA from Ashridge Hult Business School and an MSc from Imperial College, London.
