The Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work on our exciting suite of products for desktop, mobile and web.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to analyse and explore  user needs, provide solutions and communicate your thinking clearly. An enthusiasm to learn & improve and strong work ethic is essential, as is a strong portfolio of UX projects.

You will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. You will also get the chance to work on developing and delivering our ambitious in-house design system.


  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas around customer needs
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Establish and promote our in-house design system, evangelise best practices and standards


  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
  • Demonstrable UX design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
  • Proficient in relevant design software ( Xd, Sketch, Figma etc)
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
