The Egress Technical Support CX Graduate Engineer role offers you the opportunity to launch your successful career in tech supporting our fast-growing email security customer base covering the public, financial and professional services sectors. Who you are
You have a strong analytical mind and an interest in developing tech skills that you want to apply to real-world situations.
You are curious and collaborative with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.
You don’t need to have a background in tech, we welcome candidates from STEM degree subjects and universities, and you do not require any prior experience. If you’re open to learning new skills and working in exciting new environments, then this could be the perfect role for you. You will also need to be:
- Educated to degree level (2:2 or higher)
- An excellent communicator
- Passionate about a career in IT
- Eligible to work in the UK
What you’ll learn
As a graduate, you’ll be keen to gain the skills and experience you need to launch your professional life. You’ll begin your role in the Business Support team learning about our products and customers and the understanding the Email Security landscape. You will then rotate into our Professional Services team to learn how to deploy our products to customers, and the Technical Product Support team where you will further support our customers and their environments, working closely with other Egress departments on technical issues you may encounter.
Regardless of what subject you studied at university, we will provide you with the necessary tools to be successful in your role. For example:

- Access to Skillsoft and Microsoft certifications
