The Team
Engineering support provide a bridge between Engineering and customer facing teams, we are responsible for in-depth triage of customer issues as well as providing support and tooling to the rest of the business. We are a highly technical team who get involved at the source code level to debug and fault find across a wide range of products and technologies.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing support and guidance on all technical aspects of our products, this will include supporting the CX teams with triage, recreate and potential workaround for issues, providing debugging and root cause analysis of software related issues to the engineering team.
The Person
You should have a good understanding of at least one of our product lines and a background in either an engineering or a customer support role. With a willingness to get involved with all products and a desire to get to the root cause of an issue.
Coding ability is desired, but not required.
