Egress is looking to hire a Channel Sales Manager, based in the UK to drive revenue and market share expansion through our fast-growing network of approved value-added resellers (VARs).

Egress is a leader in the cybersecurity market, with a mission to help our customers address the most critical areas of human-activated risk, be that because of a phishing attack, or users maliciously or accidentally leaking sensitive data.

As a business, we have grown from 120 employees to nearly 350 in less than 24 months. With over 2,500 customers, our products are used by the leading law firms, banks, insurers, and healthcare providers globally.

To achieve this on-going expansion, success, and revenue growth, we work with an ever-growing network of specialist security partners.

The Role

As Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for continuing to drive success with our partners. Working closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in defining and then executing a plan that allows our existing partners to see continued value through their partnership with Egress, as well as ensuring new leaders in our space are onboarded into the Partner Program.


  • Driving revenue and market share expansion through our approved network of VARs
  • Developing clearly defined Partner Plans with agreed targets
  • Tracking and measuring channel KPIs and ROI through monthly / quarterly review cycles
  • Managing ongoing partner training, sales enablement and proactive sales initiatives including account mapping and call out days
  • Proa-actively supporting partner led sales opportunities
  • Developing strategies to recruit new specialist partners
  • Managing the partner onboarding process with collaboration with key Egress stakeholders
  • Building long-term strategic relationships with Egress partners
  • Collaborating with the senior Partner, Sales and Exec Teams within Egress to ensure the ongoing success of the Partner Program

The Person

We are looking for an ambitious individual with 2 – 4+ years’ experience in channel sales roles, ideally related to SAAS / Cybersecurity software businesses. This is a role for someone who can operate at a tactical execution level to drive results, but also provide considerable strategic value as we continue to build the Partner Program.
