Egress wins at the National Undergraduate Employability Awards 2021

Egress has been recognised in two categories at the National Undergraduate Employability awards.

London, UK – 1st March 2021 - Egress has been recognised at the National Undergraduate Employability Awards, placing in the top five of the ‘Top Small to Medium-Sized Undergraduate Employer’ category. The Best Contribution to a Small or Medium Sized Employer award was also given to Simi Vagh, who completed her placement year with Egress in Summer 2020.

This recognition highlights the success of Egress’ long-running undergraduate placement programme, as well as the valuable contribution made by undergraduate placement students each year. Students who do their undergraduate placement year with Egress have the opportunity to experience working in an exciting, fast-growing scale-up with a fun and unique company culture, gaining practical experience and learning directly from experts in their field.

These awards highlight the ongoing success of our undergraduate placement programme, which currently employs 14 students from some of the UK's top universities. About the National Undergraduate Employability Awards

The winners of the 2021 National Undergraduate Employability Awards, organised by, were announced on Thursday 25th February.

Five hundred of the industry’s finest came together virtually to celebrate the outstanding achievements of employers, agencies, universities and students in undergraduate work experience.

Special Guest Speaker and Co-host of the Awards, June Sarpong, OBE inspired the audience with her journey on becoming an internationally renowned broadcaster, writer and campaigner on diversity issues.
