Egress announced as finalist at UK IT Industry Awards 2023 for Security Innovation of the Year

The Security Innovation of the Year nod comes after the launch of Egress' adaptive security model

Leading cybersecurity company Egress has been named a finalist at the 2023 UK IT Industry Awards.

The launch of Egress' adaptive security architecture for its Intelligent Email Security platform has led to the Security Innovation of the Year nod, as the company becomes the first cloud email security platform to apply an adaptive security model.

Adaptive security provides dynamic and automated protection against advanced outbound and inbound threats. Risk scoring is augmented by product telemetry and behavioural data to create individual scores with controls that automatically adapt to defend against human error, advanced phishing threats, and data exfiltration.

The UK IT Industry Awards take place in London on November 8, 2023, and celebrate the organizations, teams, projects and technologies that continue to shape IT and digital society.
