- Annex 1 to EC Regulation No. 428/2009 for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items (Retained EU Legislation) (the UK Dual Use Regulation) in the United Kingdom.
- EC Regulation No. 2021/821 setting up a Union regime for the control of exports, brokering, technical assistance, transit and transfer of dual-use items (as amended) (the EU Dual Use Regulation) in the European Union.
- the Australian Customer (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958.
