We sometimes share your information to help both of us, and to ensure that we can:
- provide services to you that you have asked us to provide
- maintain the security of our systems
- check your identity
- keep your information safe and secure
- help us comply with laws, manage our risk and protect our business and your data
To provide our services we may share your information with:
- other companies in our group
- sub-processors who provide specialist services to us
- our business partners (where you subscribe to our services through our partner network)
If you exercise your rights as an individual we may also share your request with a relevant customer as they may have access to encrypted information within our services that we do not. If you have escalated a complaint to a regulatory authority, we may also share information in response to any enquiry from them.
To comply with laws, we may also disclose your information in response to a law enforcement request or court order to relevant authorities including police and regulatory authorities.
