Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other product managers to ensure deliverables are aligned with other roadmaps.
  • Write requirements, build consensus, and agree product scope with a team of engineers.
  • Attend and contribute to Agile ceremonies.
  • Manage early access and beta programs.
  • Co-ordinate product releases with Engineering and all internal GTM stakeholder teams.
  • Provide training and enablement on new releases.
  • Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation for internal and external use.
  • Utilise Pendo to drive product improvements.

Requirements

  • 2 years+ proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS vendor.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) platform concepts.
  • Extensive customer facing experience.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional internal teams, including engineers, CX, Sales and the wider Product Team.
  • Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
  • A desire to learn and progress in product management.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • Analytical mind with a business-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • You will ideally have relevant industry experience in another cybersecurity vendor, but this is not essential.

The atmosphere across the business is friendly and supportive, with a constant desire to improve in everything we do! We are now back to running our monthly paid-for social activities as our offices continue to get busier! For those who are working remotely, we can’t promise the coffee you have in your kitchen will be as good as the free ones we have in the offices but the people you share it with will be just as warm and welcoming.

This position can be based at either our Sheffield or our Cheltenham office.
