The Egress Software Graduate programme provides a fantastic opportunity for graduates to begin their careers in the IT industry. We are looking to recruit graduates into our fast growing London office. This unique joint role will be split 50/50 between software quality assurance and customer support.
Successful candidates should be passionate about starting a career in IT and have a genuine interest in Quality Assurance/Testing. You will be responsible for software testing and supporting a fast growing customer base covering the financial, legal and government sectors.
Ideally having a Science or mathematical based degree or relevant commercial experience in Information Technology. You will require excellent communication and inter personal skills with the ability to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
Some exposure to all or any of the following would be advantageous: MS Windows XP/Vista/8, MS Windows Server 2003/2008, MAC OSX, Office 2003/2007/2010, SQL, .net, C#. Java, C++.
Candidates maybe required to travel throughout the UK as part of their role.
Required to work within different sectors and industries you will report directly to the UK Sales Manager and work in a team with other Internal/External Account Managers to help achieve individual and team driven targets.
You will be targeted and rewarded on generating leads, making appointments and closing revenue. You will spend 80% of your time on the phone generating interest and building customer relationships with an end goal of closing new business:
