London – April 2014 – Egress Software Technologies is delighted to confirm satisfaction ratings of over 98% for its customer support services for the month of March 2014.

Supporting all users of the market-leading encryption software Egress Switch, including paying and free subscribers, Egress Customer Services offers first and second line support for issues that may arise from clients using the service. These range from helping with incorrect login credentials, to managing network errors. Additionally, Egress Customer Services also aid clients in deploying the software and ensuring they are optimising their usage of Switch.

Egress Customer Service Manager Jonathan Jongkind states: “I am delighted with the results of the survey. At Egress, we strive to put our customers first at all times – whether that’s when developing the software or offering first-class customer service once it’s being used.
