Egress Customer Service maintains satisfaction rating of 98% over 12 months

London – August 2016 – Egress Software Technologies is delighted to confirm its Customer Service Department has reported an average satisfaction rating of 98% over the last 12 months. This includes six months with 99% satisfaction ratings.

Egress Customer Services offers first and second line support for both paying and free subscribers of all Egress Switch encryption services, covering classification, email and file encryption, secure collaboration, automation, and archiving. Issues arising can range from incorrect login details to managing network errors. In addition, the Egress Customer Service team aids clients in deploying the software and offers training to ensure they are getting the most out of their Switch services.

Commenting on the announcement, Egress Customer Service Manager Jonathan Jongkind states: “I am delighted with the satisfaction results from the last 12 months. These surveys offer both paying and free users of Switch to provide open and honest feedback about the technical support they receive from the Customer Services Department. It is fantastic to see the team’s performance and professionalism recognised by maintaining an average score of 98% over the last year.
