Speaking about today’s announcement, Egress CEO Tony Pepper comments: “Having won ‘Security Project of the Year – Public Sector’ for our work with Government agency Cafcass and also being named ‘Cloud Security Solution of the Year’ at last year’s Computing Security Awards, it is fantastic to build upon this foundation to be nominated for seven awards at the 2016 event. At Egress, we see secure information sharing as a journey. From the point of creation, to sharing it internally with colleagues and externally with customers, data needs the appropriate levels of protect applied to it. Using a platform of integrated services, we actively look to help customers throughout this journey, from email classification, to the secure exchange of information and the archiving of emailed data! Our recognition across five diverse categories – including the inaugural ‘Human Factor Award’, which acknowledges the technology helping to overcome human error-related data breaches – highlights the achievements we have made over the last year.”
