In addition, the Egress Academy provides training for current and future managers, mentorship opportunities, and inspirational talks by our Executive Team and industry influencers.

It's not all work!

We acknowledge and reward the significant effort our people put into the work they do, and feel it's important to also encourage them to relax and spend time together. To support this, our fully funded monthly socials have previously included activities like bowling, comedy shows, sports days and quizzes.

We also bring our teams together at regular offsite meetings. As well as being used to communicate the company's objctives, these events give people the chance to meet up with staff from our other office locations.
