You can do this easily by filling out our Web Privacy Form.  Please note, if one of our customers sends your information through our services then you will need to contact them to make your request.

There may be reasons where we cannot comply with your request due to the basis on which we are processing it, or due to exceptions set out in applicable law.  We will explain this to you in our response where these are relevant.

What we may need from you to action your request

  • We may ask you to provide information to confirm your identity. This helps us make sure personal data is not disclosed, deleted or erased by someone who has no right to do so.
  • We may contact you to ask for further information to speed up our response or to clarify your request.

If we cannot verify you or you refuse to respond to any reasonable steps we take to do so, this will impact on our ability to fulfil your request.

No fee usually required

We do not generally charge a fee for you to exercise your rights.  We do reserve the right to either charge a reasonable fee for complying with your request, or to refuse to comply with it (e.g. if it is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive) where permitted by relevant guidance.

Time limit to respond

We will comply with any response times set out by law relevant to where you are resident. 

  • for UK and EEA residents this means we try to respond to all verified requests within one month(starting on the day we receive it).
  • for Californian Consumer, we try to respond to all verified requests within 45 days of receipt. Remember, we do not have to disclose your personal information to you more than twice in any 12-month period.

Occasionally it may take longer to respond if we are unable to verify you, or if your request is particularly complex or you’ve made a number of requests. If this is likely we will notify you and keep you updated.
