Package has multiple entries for the same user assigned

Occasionally when you create a Switch package from within Outlook you may notice in the Package properties that multiple recipients are added with the same name, but different email addresses. This occurs if your Exchange server and the associated Global Address Book (GAL) contains multiple SMTP entries for the recipient.

This could occur if your Exchange server has a complex routing set-up or external users hosted on it.
