What is the difference between 'Subscribing' and 'Upgrading my Account'?

As a new Switch user just having created your Switch ID, you are presented with three options to enhance your account. You can either 'add credits' which transforms your regular Switch account (which is only able to receive packages) to a Switch+ Pay As You Go account. You are also presented with the option to Subscribe and Upgrade. If you Subscribe, you upgrade your account to a Switch+ Monthly Subscription account, allowing you to create, manage and send unlimited packages for a low monthly fee. If you Upgrade, you change your account to a Switch+ Business Account. The Switch+ Business account includes centralized management for groups of users and their data sharing activity. This type of account is useful for companies of all sizes.
