How can I view the status of my own account?

Once you have successfully signed into the Egress Switch web portal, you will be redirected to a page displaying an Account Summary. The summary is divided into separate sections displaying your account and payment information. The 'Your Account' section shows your Switch ID, Display name and Account Type (i.e. Switch, Switch+ or Switch+ Business). The 'Payment Settings' section describes your current payment plan. If have a Pay As You Go plan, you can view your account balance with the number of credits you have left. If you are on a monthly subscription, you can view your last invoice and next payment. If you have a Switch+ Business account, you will be able to view Company details and license information. Your Account Type section is also updated to include your 'role' in the business. This can either be: Limited User, Disabled, Author, Auditor or Administrator.
