What is a Switch Author?

A Switch Author is a type of user who can create and share secure packages using the Egress Switch Client. As first time users are given a number of credits for free, everyone who signs up for a Switch ID is automatically an author until these until these credits are used. If you are a member of a Switch Business account, an author entitles you to create and share unlimited packages.
