If you are unable to sign in to the Egress Switch client and receive the following error:
"The account myname@mydomain.com is unknown or the password is invalid."
Please check the following:
1) You have entered your Switch ID and password correctly.
2) You can login to the Egress Switch https://switch.egress.com/signin
If you receive the following error:
"Secure connection to Egress Switch server cannot be established. Please check your internet connection and try again."
Please check the following:
1) That you are connected to the internet. Try opening www.egress.com from your internet web browser.
